We are looking for an investment partner to launch a beachfront restaurant in Dubai West Beach area. The food concept is Asian/Intercontinental Fusion and the ambiance/entertainment would be similar but better than Surf Club or Nammos. We are seeking 3.5 to 5 million Euros investment (depending on which of the 2 locations we’re bidding for will prevail). Our concept has been a success (rated best in class) in the markets we have operated in.
